You, obviously, have been placed into the Penalty Box. This means you cannot ask, answer, rate, or comment any questions or answers on AB. (Think of it as being jailed until you can go to court.) In this case, it appears Court has stated that you have been sentenced (probably only a few hours or days) until - and here, they should have told you the date and time you should be "released" (meaning your account is opened). The email should also have told you WHY you were PBed. It tells you how to find out. If you don't believe your sentence is correct, or that you didn't do what they are saying you did, send an email to admin@answerbag.com, explaining the circumstances as you know them, and see what happens. They HAVE been known to release people early. For more about the Penalty Box, see http://www.orangefrogproductions.com/ofp2m_faq_ab_policing.shtml#pb

1) Actually, if your account has been blocked, you are not allowed to open another account as you are doing now. So it will only make you situation worse to continue to use this very account. 2) As far as I understand, another account of yours has been put in the penalty box for breaking Answerbag's Terms of Use. As they tell you, if you click on the "help" (button or link), you will know when the penalty will be lifted. Read the Terms of Use again to understand why your account has been suspended. You could also give a link to your account in a comment to this answer and I could then have a look at it. Here you can read the Terms of Use: http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/16/15 (or click on the Terms of Use link at the bottom of the page). Typical ways to break the rules are: - not fulfill the age requirement (14) - prohibited content / conduct, especially spam or offensive
