If you don't like veggies you're in trouble. You really need to eat A LOT of veggies, beans (kidney, black, refried-the no fat type), and whole grain breads. Chicken, fish, and turkey is the meat you should eat. If you are craving some red meat bison is actually the best for you. Gives that red meat taste and is quite lean. Keep the fat content of all your food down as low as possible and eat five to six small meals a day. It works great! This guy's website is the best I've seen online.
