As long as it isn't showing things it shouldn't, I couldn't care less. I don't know why Oprah, women's magazines and the Today show think I should. Most of the movie stars that they hold up as the epitome of well dressed make me think of the Emperor's New Clothes. Of course, I think that about a lot of underground fashion trends too. Just wear what looks neat, clean, reasonably modest and suits you. Don't worry about what others think, including peers, movie stars, fashion consultants and bloggers. Now I will say that each and every one of us have a duty to not dress offensively or in a way that will rob small children of their innocence. They get to have so little innocence anymore anyway. I can't even find modest clothing for my child anymore. It seems that kids are only allowed to be kids for the first few years and after that, they are to be hookers in training. I don't know why they can't get just plain jeans and t-shirts anymore, but it seems that if I want to dress my child practically and modestly as I did thirty years ago, I have to make it myself, which I do.
