  • You will have a better chance of getting visitation if you've had a long term or enduring and positive relationship with the grandchildren. If your state/province doesn't have grandparental rights to access as law, it becomes harder to challenge the parent(s) for same. Good luck!
  • I believe its more of a state by state issue. Search online for your state inparticular. I've heard people mention it to me where I live.
  • The US Supreme Court has determined that grandparents have no visitation rights. Good luck.
