Chocoholics: How much chocolate can you eat before it makes you sick?

I am not sure like pound wise but I ate a whole chocolate bunny once and not the hollow oones either. I did not get sick but I was done eating for awhile

If you put us (chocoholics) on an island and feed only chocolate for years, we still will not be sick of it. That's just the way we are.

i like to eat slowly to feel the whole pleasure untill i fall asleep and have sweet chocolate dreams ;)

I have never eaten enough at one time to find out. Luckily I have never had enough available to me at one time for me to find out because chocolate is the one food where I always seem to keep eating it until I run out.

I always think that I can eat endless amounts. I go to thorntons and buy a massive bag of continental chocolates, mostly truffles and after three I feel sick. If I'm eating good chocolate 80% stuff I can eat a larger amount but don't need to because I feel more satisfied by it. I get a warm glow from it, as if I've been kissed by my granny, it makes the world seem nicer. Lol. That's really bad isn't it.

You eat all the chocolate you can until you feel full. Then you wake up tommorow and figure out your sick and vomit chocolate all over your matress. That's the way you'll know.

i've been on a major chocolate binge over the last 2 weeks. yesterday i had 2 hot chocolates, a packet of maltesers and a bounty. the day before that i had a big pack on m and ms. today i had 2 bars of chocolate. but last sunday i had 3 4-bar kitkats and a twix and a waffle with loads of chocolate sauce on top. is it any wonder that i'm not losing weight??!!!! how much chocolate can you guys eat?

Quite a bit, maybe, several ounces? Unless it's really rich chocolate. I usually have something chocolate at least once a day, but I don't over-do it like I used to before I started dieting (eating a lot of chocolate was one of the reasons I had to diet!).

fyi Getting pimples from chocolate is a myth... Like everything, if you eat too much, it will make you sick. Just like if you drink a gallon of milk with in an hour you should be in the hospital, because at that point it's a lethal amount. Same goes with a certain amount of coffee. Chocolate is soo good but how much is too much, right? You'll find out and maybe learn your limit.
