Wrong category, I think, is the most common reason I have for flagging, followed by duplicate, spamming/offensive and nonsense.
-
I flag most for nonsense which usually means it's not a question or its so poorly written I can't understand what it says. I never moderate spam because we don't get points for it and it lowers my moderation score.

... duplicate question ...

Mostly wrong catagory, followed by duplicates. I will not hesitate to flag offensive material either, when it rears it's ugly head.
-
Offensive material and total nonsense
-
Duplicates and nonsense questions

Wrong Category Duplicate Questions Nonsense Spam/Offensive In that order. (I run across the Dupes, Nonsense and Spam/Offensive.)
-
I flag whatever is necessary. Nonsense I stay away from because the interpretation of what is nonsense is pretty broad. But I have flagged it when it is really insanely nonsensical. If something is obscene or threatening, I will flag that immediately. Duplicates are a biggie, since there are so many, and of course wrong category which is legend with new people.

Spam is really the only thing I've flagged in the last God knows how long.
-
I moderate the spammers, and highly offensive material. I'll flag nastiness in a heartbeat. Everything else is okay by me, I seem more forgiving of mistakes than a lot of other ABers. I hardly ever flag a dupe, instead I let the author know to be more careful in the future. +5
