What do American's do to their bacon? English back bacon is fit, but in America, you seem to cut the meat off and fry the fat (Crispy Bacon). Do you know what you're missing?

Bacon is so good, but you're right very fattening. I've never had English back bacon, I bet it is good! I want to know what I'm missing, I really do. In America people don't do much to bacon besides smoke it or pepper it. Sometimes they'll put some other spices on it - but that's about it.

I know what I'm missing - but I honestly think my fellow countrymen are nuts for eating the crap they euphemistically call bacon. And by the way, English bacon is pretty crappy too - the only guys who seem to have gotten the idea of Bacon right is the Canadians, god bless those crazy took wearing bastards up there!
