Im wondering who to make a horror on a very low budget I dont have a camera yet but im hoping to get a digital video camera next year for my birthday though...

You just need the right place, which has to be at least a little eerie and dark, gritty helps too. Of course, you need the villain, and a good weapon probably for him or her, it, maybe. Lastly, you need at least one at least moderately cute, attractive chick that can scream real loud, so she can sell the fear. Wow. Should I have really told you this? :)

Just film real life, there's enough horror in what's going on in this day and time to scare anyone.

Having a well-written script and talented actors is more important than fancy gear. Make sure you get permission for the locations you use so nobody calls the cops on you for trespasing. Ketchup still makes excellent blood. And you can find sound effects for screams, gunshots, and stuff like that all over the internet. Make sure you have LOTS of space on your hard drive for editing. Your biggest problem, believe it or not, will be music. You'll either have to write and perform your own background music, or pay insane royalties to RIAA to use existing music.

Start by writing a quality script. In fact, before writing, i suggest reading a few of your favorite horror movies. Since you are on a low budget, http://celtx.com/ is a great free scriptwriting solution. Once you have a script, start gathering people to help you. With no budget, odds are many of the actors will be friends and associates. That's ok. Many a horror legend has started off that way. Find other like minded people to help with everything from costumes to sets. By the time you get that caera, you will be ready to make some horror!
