I am a fan of cheddars more than anything else, especially sharp Irish white cheese. Makes an INSANELY good grilled chz sammich. :) However, blue on burger is good, and mozzarella on pasta with a little olive oil and fresh basil is great too.

I like cheeses of all kinds, but am partial to muenster, swiss, and bleu cheese. I eat bleu cheese straight up............mmmmmmmm *tangy* (yeah, I know, I'm weird) !

I like all kinds of cheese except for the mouldy ones.

I love cheese. I like to try new cheeses when ever I get the chance. I use hard cheeses the most. I sprinkle them on lots of things.
