Only once. They stole the entire card, from my mailbox. Never got to use it.

never but I have had my SSN stolen and used to aquire loans.

A couple times. In Spain they stole my briefcase with my credit cards. I less than an hour I paid someone bill at a maternity hospital. Fortunately American Express replaced the card and cancelled payments on the old one in less than an hour. In the mean time someone racked up over $10000 in purchases.

None. Of course, given my credit limit, it wouldn't do anybody much good anyways. I usually use cash so I never bothered asking for a higher limit than the card was issued with.

3 times and they went on pretty nice spending spree. Getting a new card was a hassle for i had to give my local charities the new numbers..get privacy guard i have had lots of luck with so far..
