I think it varies from campus to campus. The larger the institution the more there is infighting for positon, status, celebrity. I disagree with Kissinger. The stakes are not small at all...at least not to those involved.

Yes. But why stop at a campus? I've seen women on attack mode that would've made Torquemada seem like a piker.
