  • Actually, yes, but since carbs burn faster the protein, it's better to have the carbs in the morning the day of the physical, unless the physical is first thing in the morning.
  • I am going to give you the best secret for building muscle healthfully:) Increase your Omega Fatty Acids..Copper River Salmon Increase your protein with eggs:) Increace your Vegetable Intake Broccoli, Red Peppers, Cucumbers, Spinach..Popeye aint lying... and build strength with Yoga..you use your own body strength...don't tear muscle..build it:):) And you better Train your Body for endurance.. I don't know if I would go for Carbs.. but I would eat some Beans:):)
