This could simply be irritation due to too much sex (honey mooner's rash), to a lack of natural lubrication, to an STD. Take a break for a few days. If that doesn't solve it, pay attention to your level of lubrication. If that is fine, go see a doctor.

Could just be friction from doing it too much or too much in the same way. Change it up or stop for a little bit and see if that helps. If it doesn't, you can find out if you have a vaginal infection or std. If there's no other symptons but that burning inside, vaginal infections (yeast infection, vaginosis, etc.) probably aren't your culprit, but it's good to check. You can buy a screening kit at the store, by all the yeast infection whatnot. If that comes back okay, and you still have problems, go ahead and see a doctor about an STD check and maybe a pap smear just to be 100% about it.
