Heaven and Hell are supposedly places we go when we leave the earth and there we stay many people believe. Karma is a cycle of what you reap when you do good or bad acts. So, if a person is a rotten judgmental creature say in a high office this lifetime and delights in weilding that power over innocets, he may come back as a misshapen, sick individual who is dependent on the very types he persecuted to learn a lesson of humility. Makes more sense than railing your fists and saying God is so unjust. We reap what we sew until we grow.
