A friend of mine paid to have her anthology published by a local printer, so it wasn't as expensive as using a 'vanity publisher'. My Mum, has for years, submitted poems to some UK company who publish a book of 'People's Poems' annually. They write to her to remind her too.
You could submit to magazines, local papers, competitions and even online poetry sites. Google 'poetry competitions' there are loads!
Talk to a publisher ...
Contact SilverTongue on Yahoo Answers. He was a real big poet when I was around.
A fast way would be to submit it to a poetry magazine.
