If its my first time in court will the judge say what i stole outloud in front of everybody and will i have to say anything in front of the people

The Bill of Rights allows you to say nothing at all in court if you don't want to.

For your first time, I don't think much. Pay for the merchandise and maybe some community service. Look, I got picked up for smoking drugs and had to go to an anti-drug class 1 hour a week for 8 weeks. If I didn't get in trouble for 18 months, the arrest was expunged from my record (that means if an employer asks if I've ever been arrested I can legally say "No"). I think if this is your first time and it's a small item (under $100), you will be not be punished serverely.

he asked me if this was my plea and I said "Yes, you honor" He spoke to his clerk giving the decision and I was done.
