Help answer this question below.

If someone keep a free party at a club with a verbal contract with the owner to have the event between the hours of 11pm and 4am and a party patron got in a fight with another person in the privacy of the female restroom around 4:25am,if sued,am i liable?

You're only liable for destroying the English language. As far as that train-wreck you've described, the 7 months that have gone by without an answer are indication of how compelling it is.
