Amazon has always served me very well and I am 100% satisfied with the service I have received at their website - including the new & used section.

I have a mini problem with amazon. They think I owe them money, when I am not a member at all. They say if I don't pay, I don't get the DVD. I said fine, and we are happily ignoring each other again. I have the same with EBay

No, I've never had an issue. Amazon always deliver my products really quickly using the free delivery option, and the books are always in excellent condition, ie, they're brand new, and look it. I've also found that any of the private sellers I've bought from are good too, though they often take a little longer to send their stuff (around a week). I am an Amazon fan, I always end up spending way more than I intended to on there.
