The first cigarettes I bought were 30 cents/pk. Now each cigarette costs more than 30 cents. Normal size candy bars were a nickel, but most stores gave you 6 for a quarter.

I used to buy a doughnut at a grocery store for under a dollar. Now days, you pay way over a dollar for a doughnut with your coffee. +5

When I first started driving back in 97, gas was 99 cents. Also, pops out of the pop machine were always 50 cents...now they're $1.25!!
