Loud rap or other music *booming* from the trunk and inside of someone's car - day and especially nightime. "Thump-tha-thump-thump-da-thump-da-thump." :P

I live on a main road, and general traffic noise is fine, but I can't stand "revheads" with souped up (and often-times illegal) cars that tear up and down the strip. They purposely alter their mufflers so that they are excessively loud, and at times it is just unbearable, especially when they street race. I can't stand when people have music blaring at all hours, either. It's the height of rudeness and so inconsiderate.

In Japan, during election time politicians drive around and announce their names over loud speakers at max volume. They also, stand in front of train stations with PA systems blaring their political views, again at max volume. It is sooooooooooo annoying.
