I don't know. Different names bring out different reactions. Sam, Bob, Tom, seem really plain, stereotypical American Midwest if you will (I'm from there so don't hate lol) Lucifer seems pure fucking evil, (has anyone read the Bible?) Santiago, Xavier, Jose, brings an image of a Latino in your head. Jurgen, Jan, Hans, remind you of Germany Sasha, Vladimir, Ivan, remind you of Russia and of vodka lol
