Has anyone read Memoirs of a Gashia, it is based of a real autobiographie? What is the title?

It's called "Memoirs of a Geisha", and it's a fictional story, though it is based on extensive research into the actual lives of Geisha in 1930s-40s Japan. The author's name is Arthur Golden. And it's a wonderful book. The movie doesn't do it justice.
