With a good 8 hr baby sleep

A couple of things that work for me when I feel a migraine coming: Lay in a darkened room with your feet raised so that they are higher than your head - not waving in the air above your head but at a gentle angle slightly higher - I usually put my heels on the headboard of the bed. Run a warmish bath - not too deep about hip level and add a little peppermint essence; don't ask me why applying peppermint to your backside cures a headache but it does work!

earplugs, sunglasses, and avoiding your triggers. (caffine is a common one, although for others caffine withdrawls can cause a migrane)

If I can’t sleep it off. I drink “Monster” the Taurine and caffeine help with my migraines. I only drink it when I have a migraine; that way my body can acclimate to it and it works every time.
