That depends on the age of the girl. Abused women tend not to leave until they are ready. You can call parents and police but if she refutes what you say and is an adult they can do nothing. Maybe talk to the girl and see if she understands the danger she is in and offer to be there for her.

That really depends on the girl. It doesn't matter how much danger she's in, and it doesn't matter if you tell her that he's a bad guy. You can tell her parents, you can tell the police, etc. If the girl doesn't want to get away from the violent guy, she's not going to get away from the violent guy. He could even go to jail, but if she's attached, she'll go right back to him as soon as he gets out. Really, the only thing you can do is hope that she isn't too attached to him.
