Looks like it's error # 3 whatever that is. if you have a manual it would be listed. You might try disconnecting your car battery for 5 minutes and then reconnecting. with your Cd player in off if there is an off.

don't know, I suspect it's some kind of error message tho.

It means it's doesn't play any CD disc at all.
