Can Windows 95 or Windows 98 still be used on the latest new computers or not? Have you used the software on a new computer?

How do I upload an image after I post a question on this site? Though I have jpeg I still get note on the side that says: "to create links, just type the address with no HTML code. Use the preview button at the bottom to verify". My picture is too big.

A router would potentially allow dozens of computers from your house to connect to the internet and to one another all at once.
