What is the best way to transfer files and programs from my old pc to my new pc? dhayes0019@msn.com

    If you have them in the same location, I'd suggest transfering the files over a network. Does the old computer have a way to connect to a router? Do you have a router? Answer those and I'll be able to walk you through it.

    Well depending on how techy you are you could buy a black box interface USB 2.0 to SATA/IDE Adapter transfer tool it used for DATA Transfers and recovery of course you may have to remove the hard drive from your old system it come with instructions and cost $35 to $45 find it at your local tech shop ...

    yeah, one router and two usb cables are enough.
    And not going by router, bluetooth is ok, if your machine has bluetooth support.
    else pen drive is also ok, so much of manual work included man. Is your pendrive 5GB? lol.
