They are sold as "coin baggies" because they can be used to protect collectible coins and other small items. Of course, the fact that they are usually decorated with alien heads and dancing bears leads me to doubt how many serious coin collectors would use them. You can find them in most any head shop, but if they don't have one near you then you can find them online. Search Ebay or the internet for "Zip Lock Baggies 1010" The number codes tell you what size they are. For instance, a baggy code 1010 means that the baggy is 1" x 1". Code 2525 means that the baggy is larger, at 2.5" x 2.5". Here is an example from ebay of a sample pack of the 1010 sized baggies. http://cgi.ebay.com/Zip-Lock-1x1-Baggies-Mini-Micro-Designer-Sampler-1010_W0QQitemZ8948022095QQihZ004QQcategoryZ495QQcmdZViewItem

they sell them at a lot of the corner bodega type stores that are usually run by indians well in NJ anyway but they keep them behind the counter where you can't see you hafta ask for them, just ask if they sell those little bags and see what they say it's worth a shot they'll just say no at the most
