The EU is a completely useless organisation which will do as usual nothing at all. It is a reunion of wafflers that cost a hell of money. Germany should start its complete own politics because Russia is a real friend of Germany and let the rest of Europe do as they like. The EU never will come to a decision.National egoisms are typical for the EU and so it will never work.

Russia will of course use its powerful petro-politics to demonstrate their power. Europe depends in a very depending way on the good-will of Russia. I think that Russia will try to weak the European community as the notion community is not the right word for this union where they are working against each other. Germany who has the best relations to Russia will probably have the most little probems and the clear end of Russian politics will be to break out Germany out of the EU and especially from the NATO by starting a special partnership in cordiality. If Europe will treat Germany the same way as the last 65 years I think Russia could be successful because Germany would nothing have to lose. You cannot trample almost a century on a country and expect solidarity from such a country. The only who have completely understood this kind of Russian politics that is the USA and they act this like because they would lose a very important ally in Europe. But I really doubt if they understood in Brussels, Paris, London and some other capitals. Without Germany the EU can close its shop in Brussels.
