Cal. is a beautifully mis-managed state. It seems that the people keep electing the same type of people. Right or wrong, the people should have their votes respected and upheld. Why even have elections if any court can over rule every voters will. I have a cousin in S.Cal. and every time we talk, she tells me how badly they want to move, but now that the housing market has died, they can't sell their home. Bail them out-NO! Why should every other state rescue the most mis-managed state? What will Callies learn from that? Run it into a ditch and someone will resue you with no penalty?! If you want a major revolt in the rest of the U.S., a bail-out will certainly do it.
