I think about 20 is a good number, less in junior classes. There is only so much time one person can allocate to each student. I do not know how many kids are in the classes you are referring to, thus I cannot say if 20 kids is less or more. I had between 25 and 35-40 in some classes at school. The biggest class size I had was when I was in a composite class (grade 2 & 3 together), which had nearly 45 kids.

Yes i think classes should be smaller , in the main they are about 30 students. I think it should be a maximum of 20.
