What do you expect to see in a foreclosure home? Will they leave furniture and appliances if you buy it?

I wouldn't think so, all the ones I have ever seen listed have been emptied and cleaned...but usually they don't do much else.

Usually people that get forclosed on tear the place up.

Lots of dirt and things that need to be fixed. I've never seen one with any furniture unless it was junk they through out or tossed into the yard so someone else would have to haul it away.
