I have a Sansa mp3, and plugged it in to charge it, and it froze up....it won't shut off or anything! It's been like this for 3 hours! what's wrong?

RCA Pearl TH1101a ,from Windows media player all my songs in sync of artist. when playing my mp3 the numbers/artist not sync. Shuffle off.
