    Well, its not really a forum, its just a place for people to come and ask/answer questions, as someone answers more questions, people will uprate good answers, and downrate bad answers, more points means becoming a higher level, higher levels mean being able to give more points, it actually becomes pretty addictive after awhile. for further help, check here http://www.answerbag.com/c_view/209
