  • The link I gave says that "Spermatogenic cells are derived from primordial germ cells that enter the testicles during [fetal development]. This means sperm will always carry genetic information that was implanted during embryonic development" But is it theoretically or actually possible to replace either the Spermatogenic cells or primordial germ cells (not clear really on which is needed) with those taken from a good testicle of the recipient?
