Has anyone been anorexic or bulimic and worked it out for themselves without telling anyone? How?

I did, I was anorexic... I was also an alcoholic, and a pot smoker... I became pregnant... My daughter changed me.. It was hard I wouldn't recomend working it out on your own. Seriously it was the hardest thing I have ever done.
