I will be 60 in June . I am kinda vain about a few things including my hair ... I'm thinking of having it colored a very dark blonf; almost brown .
Is that dumb or silly at my age ....?

No way. Plenty of people do it. It's your hair & if you don't like it, it will come out eventually. Do what makes you happy; you earned it.

No. Not silly at all. If it makes you feel better, go for it.

go for it. it will grow back. i had my hair bleached to canary yellow when i turned fifty.

NO WAY girl! do it!!! because you deserve it and I bet you will be very beautiful with dark blonde hair. I am in my 50s and still try to look as best as I can and my kids friends are still thinking Im in my 40s so hey if it makes you feel good and look good then by all means that is what you should do !!!!

Be a sexy senior citizen. my wife is. She colors her hair and i love it. she is 62. Hold onto your youth as long as you can. If using the bottle makes you feel and look better, then go for it. Just do not be so obvious in your choice of color.

I would be getting a professional opinion just so they agree the color suits your complexion etc, have to look your best you know!

Of course not. Both of my 60ish grandma's dye their hair. Just make sure you get a color that goes well with your complexion and compliments your eyes. You don't want to look goofy. Good Luck.

Be proud of your age. As my mother always said, only those of us who are smart and lucky get to be old. You earned every one of those gray hairs. They are a prize and a badge of honor. The Bible says we should honor the hoary (grey) head. My hat is off to you.
