Yes, it is in the house plans we are putting together right now, it has more closely spaced studs and larger than average for years of ruff playful fun. It also has a few extra outlets including a few in the ceiling and floor.

My two favorite girls asking and answering questions. Our bedroom is that room. We have a sex swing and toys. They are easy to hide under the bed, in the closet and in the safe. No need for a separate room.

Well I don't have a ton of toys, any machines or heavy equipment. I have a few dildos and a a swing that I connect to an eye hook in a beam in the ceiling that can be easily removed after use, so I don't have any bulky bar stands.
