I am due to go on hols in 3 weeks and would like to tone up my upper arms, thighs and stomach quickly without losing weight. Does anyone know a fitness regime I could use to do this please?

Go far push ups, planks, leg lifts and squat thrusts, do it as a circuit 30 seconds on each and repeat upto 4 times, with 1 minute rest inbetween each circuit. each time you do it add 5 seconds ie 35 secs next time then 40 etc, build upto 1min, good luck and enjoy your holiday -
