I will have to go with short because I am and have always been very happy with my height, my friend tells me what I lack in size I make up for in enthusiasm.

I would rather be tall. I am short, and I hate the jokes about it, the picking at it, the hobbit bull sh*t I get greeted with wherever I go. I hate the fact that I had to get measured for a car seat in this country like some 8 year old. My stunted growth is probably my own fault, but I have decided to blame it on my dad as it is easier and he is on the shorter side of life too. It's even worse when every single member of your family is about 6 foot, and you are the little midget surrounded by them all.

Tall , I have not grown since I was nine years old and always expected to be very tall. I am a very tall 5ft 2inches It is one of my great regrets in life and I get very angry when tall girls walk with a stoop. I would walk very tall and flaunt my height.

tall....im only 15 and im 5'7-5'8 but im a pitcher and a bigger body would increase my velocity so much and also impress coaches

i'm short and i like it because its easier to duck thru crowds but when i'm trying to reach stuff on a top shelf i sometimes wish i was tall

Tall. I'm 6 foot 1, and happy with it. As a teenager all guys were smaller than me and they therefor refused to dance with me. Apart from that it's a blessing being tall: - when you wander about in your own little world people move out of your way not to get hurt - you dont feel as vunerable to various assaults - you get a good view over groups of people, concerts, exhibition

it depends on how short or how tall, really. but in my life experience thus far, women generally prefer to be with men taller than they are, so i guess i'd rather be short. haha.

If you mean taller or shorter than average, I would prefer to be shorter. I am a litle shorter than average, at 5' 7" and have not found it to be a problem in my life. I know many people that are taller than average, and wish that they weren't. I am pretty well surrounded by people who are (or were) right in the ballpark for me. Examples: My Dad was 5'3", my Mom is 5'5", my wife is 5'2", my ex-wife was 5'2", I have two brothers and two sisters who are shorter than me (and two brothers who are taller), my father-in-law is 5'3", my mother-in-law is 5'1", my wife's two brothers are 5'7" and 5'5", etc. Of course, I might feel different if I was MUCH shorter than average.

Sorta tall becuase i would be a better rebounder in basketball even though i am the shortest on my team and i get the most rebounds but still :)

I would be tall beacuse i think you stand out more and intimidate better when you are tall.

I'm 6" and female. I love my height, but my father was 6'6", so I didn't really feel all that tall at home. What's great is being able to use all those cabinets in the kitchen that so many people can't quite reach.... The drawback is trying to find great clothing in a 34" inseam.

Tall, because if I suddenly got taller, my weight would even out and I would be a LOT skinnier.

I wou;d rather have been taller, only abit though.I am 5'2 and 43 i was the shortest of my siblings.I was also the oldest which didnt help.My siblings range from 5'4 to 5'11.You might think well it was only 2 inches shorter.Well while growing up it was a problems watch all of them overtake me in the height. Most of the time i was picked on by my sisters and always in trouble. This inturn made me the person i am now.I am the most sarcastic person around and strong willed .When my younger sister and i would go at it everyone used to laugh has i was the one looking up at her and trying to put my point across.Thinking about it it must have been funny me being 5'2 and trying to tell her off when she is 5'9. Somehow it didnt work. My brother was the tallest which i did expect he reached 5'11.I just didnt expect to be the shortest out of 6 of us.I would have liked to have been at least 5'4 just a couple of inches may have helped. Nowadays nothing really helps has when you get older you start to shrink anyway i just hope it isnt too much lol lol.I couldnt even reach my nan's height of 5'4 has we are both shrinking and she is still that bit taller and is 90 years.My sisters think it is so funny that she is shrinking and still taller than me so their cant be any justice in this world lol lol.

I would have liked to have been just abit taller like 2 inches has i was also the shortest in my family and i had to watch all my sisters and brother overtake me in height.So to have ben the same has them would have been nice.Then i wouldnt have had to look up to argue with my sister has she was 6 inches taller than me.It was abit like David and Goliath.

Done forget it takes a better person to not rise to these nutters who feel it is right to put people in their place.Now i was fed up with it even by my sisters and i got my own back one way or another with them.They soon realized i want has much of a pushover has they thought. Has you get older it does get abit easier . I also believe that what goes around comes around so all these tall wally's will probably end up shorter in another life NEVER MIND.

rather be short at least i can take my trousers up, where as i see so many tall people with short aleeves and trousers riding up.

5'2 is actually below average height for a woman has i know due to being that height and being told by my doctor.We live and learn

I would have liked to have been the same height has my sisters has being the shortest sucks.Even if it was only about 2 ins.Trying to tell your youngest sister off and having to look up at her is the pits.

I would rather be short. I have found that tall people have a harder time doing things that we take advantage of ex. walking threw doors, buying clothes, etc.

Since "tall" and "short" are relative terms, I'll be specific and say that my current height, 5'10", is about right. Taller, and I would be uncomfortable in a lot of vehicles and furniture. Shorter, and I would face physical limitations that would have effected my performing tasks, competing in sports, and attracting the short women I have so dearly enjoyed along with a few amazons, and thank heaven for the amazons.

I've been 5' 2" for as long as I can remember. I really don't like being short, but I wouldn't want to be tall. I'm too insecure, and don't like drawing attention to myself. I'd prefer to be average.

Well, I'm tall and my wife is tall (5'10"). I really don't know any other way to be, but I like being tall. I suppose there are pros and cons to both, but as a man, tall is good. I can see over other people's heads, I can reach things on tall shelves or in overhead cabinets, and I'm taller than most women. I'm also a mesomorph body type, so I'm naturally muscular and lean. I have no complaints.

I'm happy with my height but sometimes I wish I could try to be tall or even just average height for a day to see if I feel any different and get treated any different. The older women in my family have had back or knee surgery and they're all over 5'7"ft so I don't really envy them. I'm 4'10"ft.

HERE ARE THE GOOD THINGS FRO THE SHORT LIKE ME -I went to the prickly bushes to retreive a soccerball no tall guys can do it. -Can hide pretty well in tough places -I am very good at high jump and mostly a good shotter which makes me an underdog -Its not the hieght its the skillz. -I get smaller clothes which cost less -I can pretend to be like a 6 year old in a resturant and pay less money or get the kids order. im just 12

Short: it takes less time for the blood to reach my brain. I have a better center of gravity too.

Well i am tall though id maybe like to be a bit taller so that my overall lokk is more impressive and my bulk is a little better distributed im not fat kinda chubby but i am cutting out almost all sweets and i do the weights now so my upperbody looks a bit like that guy from slipknot the 6.5 guy sry dont remember his name :P. Anyways being tall is good but too tall can be bad and attract unwanted attention and make getting clothes hard my advise be happy with who you are and if you arent then do what you can to achieve the look your looking for.

Tall. I'm 4ft 11 and well thats MUCH smaller than average. I can't reach the shelves AT ALL and people mistake me for a 13 year old. Only good thing is that they think you are still a child and allow you to go on free at buses lol.

I'm an aussie girl and the average height here is like 5'3"/5'4"...i am..but, I'd rather b 5'7"
