  • I'm not there, so I can't see or smell the bacon, so I'm guessing. I would say that it's okay.
  • Yes. People used to keep bacon without refrigeration. Yours is fine.
  • Yes, of course it is...bacon has so much sodium (preserative) you would have to work really hard to get it to be inedible...would suggest you go ahead and cook it off, then refrigerate the cooked bacon for later use--yummy in a grilled cheese sandwich, or crumbled up in scrambled eggs, or as a salad topping!
