G'day Mirage RF, Thank you for your question. A dictator is an autocratic ruler who takes full power in a state. Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini are classic examples. Fidel Castro is another example in modern times as was Saddam Hussein. I have attached sources for your reference.
