How does one become a psychologist or therapist for criminals/drugs etc.? Whats better psychologist or therapist?(OPINIONS?)

In Australia at least, you have to have be an accredited Psychologist (Either with a Doctorate, Masters or through a 2 year probationary period). You dont HAVE to have studied criminology to be a therapist for prisoners, however if your interested in Profiling etc, the you'll probably need to study criminal psychology.
