Completely nuts. He's shopping around a TV show - even has a demo tape. Shameless and shameful - every officer of the court that I know is mortified. Everyone please understand that this is NOT how a US court is typically conducted.

No, I do not think that the judge was really annoying, He fit in perfectly with the situation/ the rest of everyone. plus, he actually seemed to care about the general welfare of what was best for the baby. However, Him allowing Daniel's 'Father' to testify VIA phone, was outrageous.

You mean Anna Nicole? Yes, I believe he was not only annoying, but that hearing should have taken a few hours but he dragged it out for six days. I was turned off when he called the Lawyers "California" "Texas" etc. I feel the outcome was correct but his crying, whining and discussing his own life was over the edge. The worst part was he never pronounced the baby's name correctly. He was better off as a taxi driver..
