I love anchovies. I have learned, however, that you cannot get anchovies on one half of a pizza and successfully share it with an anti-anchovite. The flavor pervades.

They are good in certain recipes and Cesar salad dressing is not the same without them.

The only use for them that I like is for making dressing for caesar salads. Otherwise, I can't stand them at all.

The only way I like them, is in an old sicilian pasta dish with tomato sauce and raisins... Believe it or not. It's good!
