Because I had braces when I was a teenager and couldn't eat it directly from the cob, I learned to use a knife and cut all the corn off and then eat it, something I still do to this day.

I go from left to right. I don't exactly know why... it's just a habit.

I rotate it away from me, and eat it down to the cob on the left side first, then travelling right. It's funny that I always do that but have never thought about it before.

I don't mess around I do it all, different every time. Depends on if it has butter dripping or not, does it have those little corn holders on the end, lots of variables there you know.

Honestly I never gave it a thought. Left to right, right to left, twirl my fingers. Done it all without giving a thought. :)
