Regarding hating somebody this works . The advice is play a LONG GAME, do not say what you thnk or feel, but gradually hint how you feel and via a text or face to face conversation say some horriable things to that person. Wear them down slowly. Knock their confidennce with words. But pretend to be their mate. It can be exhausting, as you have to build them up a bit in order to knock them down. I would only do this to somebody that had been truly awful to me! Remember, PLAY the Long Game. Good Luck Kx

If someone rubs me the wrong way I try not to let them know it. I feel it gives me more power if I don't let on.

If you hate somebody, then you hate them. But avoiding them whenever possible is the right thing to do. Keeping quiet and not talking bad about them is even better! It means you have risen above the situation and can feel good that you didn't stoop to low levels. Don't let your emotions rule you or dictate your behavior. You are better than that :)

I simply won't respond:) I'll remain silent, look at them from top to the bottom. I'll completely ignore them, they will get mad, because the human nature likes the recognition.

You say nothing. You move on. Hate isn't something someone brings onto you or brings out of you. It's something you permit to grow within yourself. It comes from within you. If you feel compelled to respond, what is it that the person has done to get inside of your head? That person has done nothing. You only react because you perceive the world from a perspective that has you at its center, and so you feel this person has somehow affected your world. Just move on.
