Why is it that the pills you need to use right away (like Immodium, Prilosec, etc.) come in the most difficult to open packages?

That annoys me a lot. I bet the nitroglycerin pills heart patients take require an electric can-opener to get to.

They're made by the same companies that make Saran Wrap so that it's impossible to find "the end" of the plastic to start the roll;)
