    Very much so. I am relatively new (I have been here four months) but I know what I am doing, and it annoys me when he says things like 'could you cc me into those emails' or 'I think I should sit in on this meeting'. Go away and let me do my job!

    Definitely. I have to account for every minute of my work day. I have to document my every action ...and that's just the incidental parts of the job. The pay is good though and I like my co-workers.
