if you are an athlete and exercise a lot, and have a low percentage of body fat, you might not have enough body fat to have your period. if it's changed from being a normal flow to this light/non existent flow, it could be normal, because your flow changes throughout your life, but also worth asking a doctor about. if you went on the pill recently, this could also be a reason. the pill can make your periods shorter and lighter. i'm not a doctor, so it's best to ask a professional. it could be something completely different.
