Yes! Bruce Springsteen's The Wild, The Innocent, and the E Street Shuffle album really does that to me! I also love Pink Floyd! My fave album by them is Animals.

Pink Floyd always does that to me. Also, some Grateful Dead songs, the more haunting ones, have that power at times.
